A perspective built through travelling

I'm Colombian and have lived in the United States, Australia, Spain, and Colombia—experiences that have profoundly shaped my perspective on the world, work, and human relationships.

Traveling, changing environments, and living with different cultures taught me to listen better, to question my own certainties, and to understand that there isn't just one way to do things. That open-mindedness remains one of my greatest strengths.

I'm bilingual in Spanish and English, and beyond language, I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, translating complex ideas, and facilitating meaningful conversations.

Learn, apply, relearn

I studied International Business and later earned a Master's degree in Marketing, driven by an interest in understanding how projects are created and sustained in a globalized world.

Over time, I have complemented this training with studies in Social Innovation and Impact Creativity, communicating environmental issues to young people, and professional leadership.

With the passing years, and based on my entrepreneurial and professional experience, I felt the need to delve deeper into the impact of business decisions. That's why I trained as a B Leader and studied Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge. Not as a radical shift, but as a natural evolution.

Today I find myself in a phase of integration.

I'm integrating what I've learned as an entrepreneur, team leader, project manager, and strategist, with a clear focus on sustainability, regeneration, and positive impact.

Today I want to put that experience at the service of organizations seeking to achieve their impact goals, helping them grow and evolve in a coherent, humane, and sustainable way.
